Port Washington has long been known as “the little city of seven hills” a name born from its distinct topography and historic landscape. Those hills—North Bluff Hill, South Hill, St. Mary’s Hill, Billy Goat Hill, Sweet Cake Hill, and the pair often referred to as the High School Hills—are more than just geography. They’re community landmarks steeped in local character and story.

The Seven Hills Collection draws its name from this natural heritage: each of these contours shaped how Port Washington grew—from the elevated ridge near St. Mary’s Church to the playful local lore of Billy Goat Hill. Our development takes this history to heart, positioning modern townhomes to follow the land’s natural fall and rise, honoring the same topography that defined the city’s earliest days.
