Luxury Townhomes Rooted in

Port Washington’s Legacy

The Seven Hills Collection

A Community of Heritage

About the Vision

Rooted in the Seven Hills of Port Washington

Port Washington has long been known as “the little city of seven hills” a name born from its distinct topography and historic landscape. Those hills—North Bluff Hill, South Hill, St. Mary’s Hill, Billy Goat Hill, Sweet Cake Hill, and the pair often referred to as the High School Hills—are more than just geography. They’re community landmarks steeped in local character and story.

The Seven Hills Collection draws its name from this natural heritage: each of these contours shaped how Port Washington grew—from the elevated ridge near St. Mary’s Church to the playful local lore of Billy Goat Hill. Our development takes this history to heart, positioning modern townhomes to follow the land’s natural fall and rise, honoring the same topography that defined the city’s earliest days.

The Seven Hills Collection is a proposed new luxury townhome development nestled in the heart of Port Washington, Wisconsin. Inspired by the city’s historic rolling landscape and rich maritime heritage, this thoughtfully designed community plans to blend timeless architecture with modern living.

Set inside the seven gentle hills, this development will offer a unique opportunity to elevate Port Washington's future while honoring its past.

At the heart of the neighborhood lies a central greenspace — a shared gathering place meant to bring neighbors together, just as Port Washington’s hills have brought generations together across time. Framed by walking paths, native landscaping, and open-air seating, this communal core reflects a simple truth: luxury is not just how we live, but how we connect.

Here, heritage is not just preserved — it's lived.

Thoughtful Design, Lasting Impact

With 20 exclusive townhomes planned, The Seven Hills Collection will offer residents stunning views, walkable access to Port Washington’s vibrant downtown, and a strong architectural identity that complements the city’s charm.

This project is currently in the early stages of review and refinement. More detailed architectural renderings and plans are coming soon.
